Mustard Seed Studio and Farm
We are a small flower farm in the beautiful town of Lakepoint, Ut just above the Great Salt Lake where there isn't a prettier sunset. Our 1 acre farm is filled with a layers of cut flowers and perennials that fill our seasonal subscriptions, wholesale orders for florists and event planners. We also take on a small amount of wedding work through the season. If you have ever seen a field covered in Mustard seed you know how beautiful it is, so vibrant and bright. After it is cut down, it is tilled into the ground to enrich the soil with nutrients around it. That is how we got our name, something small sharing beauty and enriching the community and people we come into contact around us.

My name is Sheryl Larson and I have loved flowers since I was a teenager. I always wanted to be an artist or a landscape designer, so my life has been aligned in that general area since I was young. I currently have been growing cut flowers for 5 years along with a career as a full time art teacher. I love the process of creating life from a tiny seed and seeing its full potential through the cycle of life in the garden. Beauty to me is diversity of color, texture and shape. I love literally all the flowers and get so excited to see each one bloom. Every day in the flowers is a new experience.
