VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

The Utah Cut Flower Farm Association (UCFFA) is looking for a virtual assistant to provide administrative support for our organization such as answering emails, managing social media accounts, helping to organize member events, and maintaining our membership database.

​

Responsibilities: 

​

• Maintain and create content for the UCFFA social media accounts

• Answer emails

• Assist secretary with member newsletter

• Attend monthly board meeting when needed

• Assist with posting event information

• Create promotional materials (flyers, posters, reels etc.) for events/giveaways/sponsors

​

Skills:

• Strong understanding of social media principles

• Strong organizational skills

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to update and post on the website as needed

• Experience using Canva or other design platform

• Experience with growing cut flowers or flower farming would be helpful

​

Type: 

• Part-time- expected to be around 4-6 hours a week

​

Pay:

• Competitive monthly payments depending on experience

The Utah Cut Flower Farm Association is a nonprofit that promotes local and sustainable floriculture by supporting local flower farms through education, outreach, and research programs. We also focus on educating flower lovers of the economic and environmental impact of local flowers, as well as the diversity of flowers available through Utah Flower Farms.
