About

Sadie Mower is the owner of Sticks and Stems Floral, a Utah County–based floral design studio with over a decade of experience in the floral industry. She began her career working in several flower shops before growing her own successful business.

Sadie strives to create a positive and organized experience for her clients, freelance team, and industry partners. She believes strongly in community over competition and is passionate about supporting and educating others within the floral industry.

Specializing in weddings, events, and corporate floral design, Sadie is known for her colorful, bloom-heavy arrangements and modern, textural style. In addition to designing, she has offered educational programs for fellow florists and hosted community events throughout her career. She also enjoys freelancing alongside her own events and believes there is space for anyone who wants to pursue a career in floral design.

Sadie currently lives in Spanish Fork with her husband and their three children. When she’s not designing, she enjoys reading, cooking, spending time in the mountains, and getting creative through various hands-on projects. She is excited to continue growing, learning, and evolving within the ever-changing floral industry.
